Media, Community Involvement & Oklahoma Land Real Estate Resources

Media

I’m Corbett Campbell, an Oklahoma land Realtor with Our OK Realty. I focus on helping buyers and sellers with land, acreage, rural property, recreational land, build sites, and development opportunities across Oklahoma.

I believe good real estate work starts with understanding people, property, and place. That’s especially true with land. Rural water, access, floodplain, utilities, topography, surveys, location, and long-term growth all matter. My goal is to help people make better land decisions with clear information, real local knowledge, and a better overall experience.
This page includes podcast appearances, community involvement, local service, and educational resources connected to my work in Oklahoma land real estate.

Best In Ba Podcast

I joined the Best in BA podcast to talk about my background, real estate, Broken Arrow, and the way I approach land showings.
One of the ideas I talked about is what I like to call a “Disneyland-style experience” for showings. To me, showing land should not feel like opening a gate, pointing at trees, and hoping the buyer figures it out. A good showing should feel intentional, clear, memorable, and worth the buyer’s time.

Oklahoma Land Real Estate Background

I am a Realtor and Oklahoma land real estate agent with Our OK Realty. I work with buyers and sellers on land, acreage, rural property, recreational tracts, build sites, and development land.
My brand, Corbett “The Landguy” Campbell, is built around practical land education and real boots-on-the-ground experience. I want buyers and sellers to understand what matters before they make a major land decision.
A few resources I have created include:
Buying Land in Oklahoma
How to Check Rural Water Availability on Land in Oklahoma
How to Check Electric Availability on Land in Oklahoma

City of Broken Arrow Rose District Master Planning Committee

I serve as a member of the 2026 City of Broken Arrow Rose District Master Planning Committee. I was appointed by Vice Mayor Johnny Parks, with Councilor David Pickle also nominating me for the role.
Serving on this committee gives me the opportunity to continue community involvement and to stay involved in conversations about the future of the Rose District, downtown Broken Arrow, walkability, local business, planning, and community growth.
For me, real estate is not just about selling property. It is about understanding where communities are headed and how land, development, and local planning shape the places people live, work, and invest.

Leadership & Civic Involvement

I am a member of the Broken Arrow Chamber and a Leadership Broken Arrow 2026 graduate. The program gave me a closer look at the people, businesses, public services, and community leaders helping shape Broken Arrow’s future. It also deepened my understanding of the growth, infrastructure, and local decision-making that impact real estate, land, and development across the Broken Arrow area.

As a real estate agent, especially one focused on land, I believe it is important to understand more than just individual properties. Growth patterns, infrastructure, planning, public services, and long-term community direction all affect real estate.

Broken Arrow Youth City Councilor Program

My interest in local government and community involvement started before my real estate career. As a student, I graduated from the Broken Arrow Youth City Councilor program, which helped me better understand local leadership, city services, and the decisions that affect the community.
That experience helped shape the way I look at real estate today. Property does not exist in a vacuum. It is always connected to roads, utilities, neighborhoods, schools, growth, leadership, and the long-term direction of a city.

Rotary Involvement

I am a member of the Rotary Club of Broken Arrow and served as Sergeant at Arms during the 2024 to 2025 Rotary year.
Rotary has helped me stay connected to people who care about serving the community, supporting local projects, and building relationships that go beyond business.
Through Rotary, I have been involved in local service, community events, and projects that support Broken Arrow and the surrounding area.

During the 2024 to 2025 Rotary year, I had the opportunity to represent the Rotary Club of Broken Arrow internationally in Chile.
I presented multiple times on behalf of Rotary across portions of central and southern Chile. As part of those presentations, I shared about who I am, where I’m from, my involvement in Broken Arrow, and my work in real estate.
I also had the chance to talk about real estate more casually throughout the trip. Those conversations gave me a better appreciation for how land, housing, community, and local culture are connected in different parts of the world.

Community Events & Local Service

I have also been involved in local events and service projects including:
Cool Grilles Car Show
Broken Arrow Trash Bash
Rooster Days
Rooster Day Parade
These are not all real estate events, but they matter to me because they are part of staying connected to the community I live in and serve.
Real estate is a relationship business. Being involved locally helps me understand the people, the area, and the community from more than just a transaction standpoint.

A Memorable Tulsa World Front Page Moment

media community Involvement
One of my funnier local media moments came during the 2024 Tulsa Great Raft Race.
During the final year of the event, our group rode a rodeo-style bull raft through the rapids, crashed it, and the photo made the front page of the Tulsa World.
It may not have had much to do with real estate, but it is still one of my favorite local memories and a pretty good reminder that Oklahoma community events are rarely boring.
