Your Tulsa Real Estate Agent
Helping clients across Tulsa County
What this page aims to answer:
A lot of agents know how to put a property online. Far fewer know how to market it how it deserves. When buyers look at property in the Tulsa area, they are not just asking whether it looks good in photos. They are thinking about access, utilities, topography, floodplain, privacy, future use, and whether the property actually fits what they want to do with it. In some cases, they are also trying to understand whether a tract may need to meet Tulsa area planning and subdivision requirements, whether a lot split is realistic, and how the property fits within zoning and development rules that are reviewed through Tulsa Planning and related subdivision regulations.
That is why I take a different approach. I do not just throw a listing online and hope it works. I focus on presentation, positioning, communication, and the details that actually move a property. When needed, that means helping clients think through the bigger picture, including how a piece of land may be affected by frontage, layout, utility access, floodplain considerations, or Tulsa area lot split and planning requirements before they make a decision.

Real Estate in Tulsa County deserves more than a basic listing.
A lot of listings are undersold from day one. Weak photos, vague descriptions, and stale marketing cost sellers attention and money. I put real effort into making sure a property is shown the way it deserves to be shown.

Our Standard
Top Notch Communication
Weekly check ins via email is the minimum standard I aim for. My clients should not have to chase down updates or wonder what is happening.
Honest Guidance
If a property is overpriced, I will say it. If there are real strengths or weaknesses, I would rather address them early and clearly than waste time.
Hands On Approach
I stay involved throughout the process and work to make sure clients feel like they are getting real attention, not a generic transaction.
Born and raised in Tulsa County and invested in its future
Tulsa County is not just a market I work in. It is home.
I was born and raised here, and I stay actively involved in the community. I’m based out of Broken Arrow in the Tulsa County and I serve on the Rose District downtown master planning committee focused on the future of Broken Arrow, and I am also a 2026 Leadership Broken Arrow graduate through the Broke Arrow Chamber.
That matters because real estate is local. People want to work with someone who knows the area, pays attention to where it is headed, and has real roots in the community.
