Your property. Your priorities.
A Broken Arrow agent for the whole property.
A neighborhood home, a house with a shop, and a commercial tract need different questions and different marketing. My residential work and land background help me connect the house, the site, and the plans you have for both.
Buying a home
We’ll look at layout, condition, location, comparable sales, and the features you actually need. For new construction, we’ll also compare the lot, included finishes, builder terms, and alternatives in your price range.

We start with the likely buyer and build the presentation around what matters to them. Pricing, property preparation, photography, useful information, and regular communication all have a part in the plan.

For acreage, build sites, and development property, I help organize questions about access, utilities, use, and the approval process. We bring the appropriate offices and professionals into the conversation as needed.

The listing didn’t tell the whole story.
A three-bedroom, two-bath home on approximately one acre caught my attention, even though the online presentation gave buyers very little to work with. The listing initially had a single blurry exterior photo, and an important feature was missing from the story: a 30-by-40 insulated shop.
The home needed work and repairs. But for a buyer who wanted the space and could take on the improvements, the whole property deserved a closer look. I represented the buyer and negotiated directly from the $282,000 asking price to a $235,000 purchase price.
That is the kind of search I enjoy: staying attentive, investigating a property beyond its photos, and helping a client weigh the opportunity alongside the work it needs.
Approximately 2,000-square-foot home · Approximately one acre · 1,200-square-foot insulated shop. The price difference is relative to the asking price, not an appraisal or a prediction of another buyer’s result.

My connection to Broken Arrow goes beyond real estate.
I was born and raised here. I care about the neighborhoods, the local businesses, the people serving our community, and what comes next for the city.
I’m involved with the Broken Arrow Chamber and Broken Arrow Rotary Club, graduated from Leadership Broken Arrow in 2026, and serve on the Rose District Master Planning Committee. Those relationships keep me engaged in the conversations shaping the place I call home.
For clients, that means an agent who takes local context seriously and knows where to start asking questions. Whether we’re discussing a home purchase or a property’s development possibilities, I want you to understand the next step.

Make the value easier to see.
The home-and-shop purchase is also a lesson for sellers. A feature that barely appears online can be a major reason someone wants the property. My job is to help the right buyers understand what is there.
Present it well
My photography and videography background informs how I market real estate. Depending on the property, the plan may include professional photography, drone photos, social media video, and maps that help buyers understand the site.
Research the details
A home’s condition, an acreage tract’s access, or a commercial site’s intended use can shape the buyer conversation. I help gather useful information and coordinate questions with municipal or county offices when the property calls for it.
Stay involved
Showings, feedback, updates, and follow-through matter after the listing goes live. We’ll discuss preparation and marketing for your specific property, then adjust as we learn from the response.
Commercial land · Project in progress
Working through the next chapter on Old Highway 51.
At 3000 E Houston Street, near Old Highway 51 and across from Blue Bell, I represent the owners as their listing agent and help advise them through the development conversation with the City of Broken Arrow.
The approximately 4.8-acre property has a $1.2 million asking price. Work toward splitting and developing the property is in progress. That figure is the asking price, not a completed sale or a projected development value.

Development-minded listings require an ongoing conversation about what the owners want to accomplish, what prospective buyers need, and what the site and review process can support.
My role includes helping move those questions forward and coordinating with the people involved. The final plan still depends on the applicable reviews, approvals, and property requirements.
If you own land in Broken Arrow and are considering selling, splitting, or exploring a different use, we can start with your goals and the information available.
Local relationships in action
Helping Main Street Burn find a new home.
When rain threatened the Broken Arrow Chamber’s 2026 Main Street Burn, roughly 400 expected attendees needed an indoor venue. Bradley Sheofee with the Broken Arrow Economic Development Corporation reached out because he knew I had connections with local commercial property owners.
I contacted Daniel Matlach and the people connected with Inspiring Better Business about a warehouse at 19901 E Highway 51. They were willing to help, and the Chamber team handled the logistics of transforming the space into an event venue in roughly 48 hours.
It was a team effort, and a practical example of why knowing both the properties and the people in a community matters.

Find your fit
Start with how you want to live or use the property.
Broken Arrow can mean very different things to different buyers. We’ll narrow the search around what matters to you, then compare the actual property and its surroundings.
Homes & neighborhoods
For a Rose District-area home or an established neighborhood such as Battle Creek, Forest Ridge, or Indian Springs, we can compare condition, layout, access to your destinations, lot features, and any neighborhood restrictions.
Acreage & build sites
If you want a shop, more room, or a custom homesite, we’ll consider the usable land as well as the house. Your mailing address is a starting point; jurisdiction, utility service, and property restrictions deserve their own review.
Commercial & investment
For properties along Highway 51, Houston, Kenosha, or other local corridors, the question is how the particular site fits the intended use. Visibility, access, existing improvements, and the next buyer’s needs belong in the discussion.
What clients say
The experience matters, too.
“Corbett helped my wife and me search for a home in the Broken Arrow and Coweta areas, and he was incredible throughout the entire process. Anytime we found a house we liked, he made sure we had a showing set up the same day or the very next day.”
“My business partner and I worked with Corbett over the course of a year on a complex land sale. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the opportunities that existed with the parcel, but he was super hands-on, finding us local contractors and government offices that could help us.”
“Corbett (aka ‘the Landguy’) is amazing! He’s professional, kind, and really knows what he’s talking about! You can really tell he cares about his clients and wants what’s best for them.”

A few common questions.
Do you help with regular homes as well as land?
Yes. I help buyers and sellers with neighborhood homes, new construction, homes on acreage, land, and commercial property. My land background adds another perspective when the lot, shop, utilities, or future use matters to the decision.
Can you help me find a house with a shop?
Yes. Tell me the space you need, your budget, and how you intend to use the shop. We can consider existing properties and investigate whether a potential building site fits your plans.
Can you help with a lot split or development idea?
I can help organize the initial questions and coordinate conversations with the appropriate offices and professionals. I have experience working through land and development matters in the Broken Arrow and Tulsa area. The property and applicable review process determine what can move forward.
What should I send you first?
For a property you own or want to buy, send an address, listing link, or map pin. Add what you hope to accomplish and your timeline. If you’re starting a home search, your budget, preferred areas, and must-have features are a useful starting point.
